You are welcome on the Magic in TOPS is YOU.  I love it when members or
Cybertops members appreciate each other.  I received this handout probably
back in 1984 when I joined the Tues.night Solon TOPS.  I always liked this
handout and glad you liked it, too.  That was a great idea to recite it
everyday.
 
Congratulatations on your 3 pound loss.  Keep up the good work!
