Back from my two-week medical leave.  I gained 1.4 pounds over that two-week
period.

It's getting harder and harder to walk my dog.  My left knee is so painful
that I'm considering a knee replacement in November - something I swore I'd
never do because my first knee replacement has always been loose.   But
there's nothing I can take to reduce the pain and I can hardly walk.

Think I'll try my chair exercises again.  Need to keep my arms strong at
least.

Getting old is for the birds!!!
