Happy Friday everyone this is another weigh in video. Last week I had a huge
gain of 5 pounds. Like I said then was okay with because I wasn't on plan all
week. This week I did so much better. The 3 baby steps that I really focused
on this week was getting my oil in everyday, working out at least 4 days a
week and drinking at least 110 ounces of water a day. How did I do this week
with my baby steps?
Oil I got in 8 teaspoons for the week. Which is a little over 1 teaspoon per
day and that's not to bad, but I know that I could of done better. This next
week I'm going to get in much to that 14 teaspoons.
Exercising I did get in 4 days this week. My total time this week was 2 hours
and 50 minutes. Total miles 19.34 and total number of calories I burned for
the week was 1130.
Finally the last baby step I focused on this week was getting my water in.
This was the baby step that I added in last week but because I did so poorly
with it I decided to redo it again. This week I got in a total of 750 ounces
of water which is an average of 107.14 ounces of a water per day. I only had 3
days where I did not get in my 110 ounces of water, but that's okay because I
came really close those three days. My lowest day of water was 92 ounces, so
I'm really proud of how well I did week with my baby steps.
This week I'm going to be adding on my 4th baby step and that is fruits and
vegetables. My goal is to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables
everyday.
So the 5 pounds that I gained last week it was my biggest gain of 2009. This
week I had my biggest loss for 2009. I lost a total of 4.4 pounds, yes! The
last time I lost 4.4 pounds was on May 7th. Which makes me 0.2 pounds away
from my 70 pounds loss. And I was the third best loser of the week, so I got
an honorable mention.
Last night at our TOPS meeting we had open house. We had one person visit our
chapter to find out what were all about. I was glad that we had at least one
person show up, but I kind of wish that more people came to the meeting to
find out what TOPS is all about. Hopefully during our next open house we will
have a better turn out.
So I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Safe Halloween tomorrow night and
don't also don't forget to change your clocks back on Saturday night before
you go to bed.
I hope you all you an awesome week and I love you all.
Much Love,
Katherine
