Good Morning Everybody,
    We hope that you are greeted this morning with less rain than what we are getting.  Yes, the rain came down quite hard here however it did make it nice for sleeping.  It just seem that the rain and sleep have something to do with each other.  Are you rested up for a full day of activity?  Ready to take care of all the things that you have to get done today?  We're rested and hope to get a lot done but time will tell for sure.  At least we don't have to go anywhere today.  Oops, we do have our T.O.P.S meeting tonight but that's not until 5:00pm.  Besides it's all wet outdoors, so it's work in the house.  Enjoy your day and remember to take time out of your busy day and spend it on yourself, your worth it.

Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!

                          Don't cheat yourself on exercise...............

      Do you do this, cheat yourself on exercise?  Now don't take this wrong because we all do some sort of exercise one way or another; but do you complete your workout that is the question.  Some get started and something will come up and they will say that they will get back to exercising and just never do until it's the next time to exercise again.  Some just make up an excuse and don't do any exercising at all.  In the long run the only one that is being hurt is the one that isn't doing any kind of workout at all. When we stop to realize that it is for our own benefit that we are doing this  and our health will improve that it is worth both the time and the effort that we spend.  Look back to when you when you were young and had all the energy and could play and play and play.  Why you never wanted bed time to come because you hadn't finished playing yet.  Remember, ya those were the days and you  never thought about exercising
 because of all that playing.  Now, however you don't play-you work and when you get home your tired and want to rest.  Which is all right, but you also need to set up a time for you to exercise at least three time a week for at least 30 minutes or more if you can.  Point being we have to make time to exercise.  It's just a different name, a different way of having fun.Plus, if you don't have a real reason that holds you back, then you don't have an excuse.  I for one sure do wish that I could exercise the way I want to but I have to settle for what I can do and I do that to the fullest.   You should be exercising to the maxium that you can too.  Remember that you are exercising for you and that you can do it.  You are exercising your unwanted weight away.  You can do it as you travel towards your goal. You are the "STAR" of your GOAL.
