Lost:  2.8 pounds
Exercised:  85 minutes

Was sick most of last week and the weekend too.  Don't know what it was, but
was not the H1N1 virus although it is very prevalent in our area.  The
school I cross for had 100 students absent on Monday out of approximately
240 children.   A 13 year old boy has died in Toronto from the H1N1 flu.  I
am going for my shot tomorrow afternoon.  Because of my health problems I am
on the priority list for the shot.
