Good Morning Everybody,
      We're half way there and it sure looks good from what we can see.  What are we talking about you might ask?  Well it's the week end! It is fast approaching and we getting excited about.  If the weather hold good we hope to do some yard work together and move our above ground garden.  Time will tell, we'll just have to wait and see.  We also have a walk planned and exercise on our friend the wii. All in all we looking forward to a great weekend and hope you all are to.  Enjoy your day and have a great time.

                    It's your responsibility to take time for you.........

      Who do you think is better qualified for the job?  Who knows you better?  Who has your best interest in mind?  Who knows what it is that you like and don't like, where you like to go and don't like to go.  Here comes a biggie.  Who knows what you like to eat and don't like to eat?  We think that you are starting to get the point.  That person is you!  Well it's high time that we all take responsibility for our actions.  Lets make sure that we always have time set aside and available.  Ready to use it.  Whenever we want to use it on ourselves. Don't be too busy to take your responsibility serious.  Because we are special and all deserve special treatment once in a while.  So take care of you and you'll see that beautiful smile on your face shine brighter every time you smile and we hope that is often. You can do it as you are on the journey toward your shinning "STAR" of your goal and you are going to succeed.  You can do
 it.
