Hello

I was excused from TOPS last evening due to illness, so no weigh-in for me.

Exercise:  125 minutes

Hope what ever I have soon goes away as I am sick of being sick.  I took the
day off of work yesterday and worked at home instead because of this problem
  Don't want to pass it on to anyone, but we don't' have sick days is I am
back today.o;?
