        We hope that you all had a great weekend and that you got some well need rest and recuperation.  Not to mention a whole bunch of fun. Did you get a chance to spend anytime on "you"?                                             Good health leads to a healthy life.....

        Just think of all the good things that you are doing just because of the one decision you made that put you on the journey of a life time.  Yes, we're taking about when you decide to make the necessary changes in your life that would ultimate change your life, make your health better. So you would be able to do those things that you want to do.   You could once again be able to exercise like you want to, when you want to.  Oh ya, lets not forget that you will be able to go swimming again, just like we used to do long ago.  Remember.  Good health, ya that's what we are all working for and we are making progress too.  Every single day we take another step towards reaching our goals and becoming the weight we want, not to mention improving our health.  So here's to good health and your success that your going to make happen.  You can do it.  You are the "STAR of your goal.
