Good Morning Everybody,
    As we start the end of this weekend let us give thanks for the wonderful time that we  had with our loved ones. Also the time that we have shared with each other.  Also, how lucky we have been to be blessed to be able to take care of not only our families but ourselves.  Yes, we have really been taken care of. Now we should take moment and pray for guidance for a safe week and time to do this all over again.  It sure was fun.  Have a great day and remember that we're thinking about you.

                     Your party got started when you started believing.......

         Right around the time that you decide that you had to wanted to make some changes in your life and that your unwanted weight just had to go; not come back is when it happened.  That's when you started to believing in yourself.  When you started realizing that ,yes, you could in fact make your dream come true and make your unwanted weight melt into nothing and be gone.  You've started trusting yourself to the tune of "I can do it" and that "I can go all the way to my goal".  Let's not forget with each step that we take moving us closer to our goal weight we sing " I am the "STAR" of my GOAL for all to see.  Believing in oneself and knowing that there are others that believe in you, too is a great feeling. You only have one way to go and that's straight toward  goal and success.  You know you can do it and so do we.  Go for it, your goal is waiting for you along with your shinning bright "STAR"  You can do  it.
