[CyberTOPS] 10/15/2009 weigh in upset over a loss / Exercise Report

Hi Everyone,
I had a loss of 1 pound and to be honest I'm a bit upset. I worked so hard
this week. I didn't eat over my calories. I worked out 5 days this week  like
a mad women, which I posted below what I had done.  I only lose one pound it's
just not fair. Looking back there are other weeks when I didn't eat as well as
I did this week or wokout as hard and I had a better loss. Totally doesn't
make sense to me. I'm hoping next week my body wil catch up and I will see
that loss that I feel I had earned. 
 
These are my workout's for the whole week I mix things up everday doing some
time on two or three different carido machines:

Recumbent Bike:
Total Time: 93 minutes
Distance: 14.8 miles
Calories Burned: 426


Treadmill:
Total Time: 99 minutes
Distance: 4.79 miles
Calories Burned: 537


Elliptical Machine:
Total Time: 65 Minutes
Distance: 4.55 miles
Calories Burned: 702


Weight Training:
Total Time: 20 minutes


Final Weekly Total:
Total Time: 277 minutes
Distance: 24.14 miles
Calories Burned: 1665
