Good Morning Everybody,
     As we looked as the sun started it's rise into the sky this morning we realized that this weekend was on it's last day and that tomorrow was Monday and the first of the work week.  We also realized that we have had a great weekend so far and have planned a great day.  So not bad after all.  We hope the a same is true for you too.  Now, don't just sit around and waste the day, get up and enjoy what you have planned.  You got it under control.  Have a great day.

       All of what has been going on since you have started on this wonderful journey has been because you have had the courage to take control, take matters in your own hands and have the belief in yourself that you know that you can do it.  Yes, that's all true. After you had that dream, you saw yourself after the changes that you made.  The new you standing there healthier, slimmer, trimmer, smiling, with that glow about yourself and that I can do anything I want to.  You knew that you just have to continue on your journey until you reach your goal. Success will be yours.  This pledge you made and you will make happen,   You can do it.
