I had a loss of 4.75 lbs at weigh in tonight.  everyone told me to do it again
next week and I told them if I could figure out what I did, I would be glad to
do it again next week.
 
I really don't know what happened.  I have been taking a fluid pill daily now
for about a month and my legs and ankles are finally back to normal, so maybe
that
s what it is.  But you would have thought if it was the fluid pills, I would
have been losing some each week.
