We held a fund raiser for our chapter. Our local (one and only) Co-op mall
has a BBQ that they loan out to community groups. It is part of their
community service. We had a smokie/bun/pop sale. We pay only for the
supplies and of course, we buy them at the Co-op grocerie store. We did very

well with this and the money goes toward funding for Rally days, Retreats
and ARD registrations and mileage if there is enough in the kitty.

Our church is holding a fund raiser next month and we are inviting several
home based businesses like Tupperware etc. to set up a table in a mini trade

fair. We get a percentage of their sales. Hey, I see a new kitchen sink in
our near future!

I like this one. It requires very little planning on our part and it does
not involve Food.
I will let you know how it goes.
