Congratulations to all the losers GREAT  WORK. Keep it up. Your an 
encouragement to us all.

Good work all you  Turtles. Anytime that there is not a gain it is a good
thing. Next week I am  sure you will all show a loss.

To all the gainers I say, "Never give up.  Next week everyone will do
better.I've been there and I know how it  feels."

To the KOPS who are at or below goal, I congratulate you for  being a good
example to all of us. Keep up the good work. KOPS in Leeway and  those out
of leeway, you're going to be o.k., and I know will soon be back at  goal.

Together we are going to Take Off and Keep Off Pounds  Sensibly
