Personally I love the   " bragging "   cause it lets me see the successes 
out there that are happening every day. What better testimonial than that. 
Gives me hope/stregth/courage to keep plugging away  at it. So brag away 
girl, 180 is a great accomplishment .......... woooo hooooo.
