[CyberTOPS] exchange

I did Secret Santa last year and glad to do it again this year.  If anyone 
wants to sign up I'm willing to start taking names.  That way we will be 
ready to go by end of month.

Secret santa is a support system.  If you are willing to committ to weekly 
contact with someone and offer support during the holiday season please sign 
up.  If you don't think you can then please don't dissapoint someone.  At 
the end you would send a gift to the person you have and reveal who you are.
