Now you know what you did Katherine and I agree with you ...... WHAT AN EYE
OPENER.
I started the Cut and Burn challenge three weeks ago and have had losses 3
weeks in a row. First time in .... ??? .... well, first time in a
looooooong time. And you know what ? I had those losses without feeling
hungry, without feeling deprived, without feeling out of control.
My days weren't perfect .... I still went out for chineese, still had a
binge one night etc.... but I'd get up every morning and start by writting
down what I would "NORMALLY" eat for breakfast and then cutting
something out form there, ie ... one less slice of bacon, surely I won't go
hungry with just one less slice of bacon, lol. And I did this at every
meal, just a little tiny something. Heck, just cutting out an evening
cocktail and poof there's that CUT 100 calories. Then, I'd go about my
day (excercise wise) as usual and just add a little extra, five minutes
dancing to the tunes or five mimutes stretches, or extra ten minute walk and
over the day it would add up to the BURN 100 calories. I journal every meal
..... what I would normally eat, then I take my portions smaller plate and
eat on that and cut a little something, I make sure to drink lots of water.
So far ..... so good. Thanks to Barb Cady and her brilliant idea of the Cut
and Burn challenge.
For the first time in a long time .............. I look forward to cutting
down, lol. And I wake up feeling that little inner spark that drives and
motivates to keep going. I'm gonna ride the wave and Cut and Burn baby - cut
and burn.
