Yeah started off the month in the right direction. I began the cut and burn
challenge. Last week I was 100% accurate with all that I ate, and I learned a
lot. The one thing I notice was how much I snack during between meals. I do
eat 5 smal meals a day, but this week I was eating a lot more then I should
have. Due to all of my snacking my calorie intake this week was high.
Yesterday was the worst of the week. I ate almost 600 calories more then I
should have for my daily intake. Anyways writing everything down really has
opened up my eyes and know realize that I do need to watch my snacking. I was
just glad that I did I a lot of exercising this week. I'm sure that helped
me.
