I did the same thing with a "free" offer for some vitamins that were supposed to help hip and knee pain.? They billed me twice for the shipping, and then 21 days later, billed me for a three month supply and shipping.? Came to over $150.00.? It took 3 weeks for them to agree to credit my account.? Then, I had a security bill come over 30 days later.? I will never order again on the internet or over the phone, unless I go through a secure site that I know.

Please all of you.  My husband ordered "Video Professor" hoping it  would 
help him understand our computer.  When he told me I almost blew  up,  We 
ended up going to Barnes & Noble and got ".................for  Idiots and it 
came with a disc also.  When the professor thing came, we  sent it back and 
didn't even open it.  (did send it back so that they had  to sign for it).  I 
just pulled up my checking account and was billed for  some kind of ID 
protection.  I called them and they said they got our name  and account number 
from Video Professor.  I called the protection place and  told them that 
under no terms did I order it and expected a full refund.   That's when they 
told me how they got our name and number.  Now I will be  worrying and checking 
my account all the time to see if anyone else got the  numbers.  Please be 
very careful when ordering something on the Internet or  phone.

P.S. If any of you are wondering, the Video Professor was free for the  
first disc, and the second and third come to almost  $200.00.
