[CyberTOPS] Janice's roll-call & exercise

Hi Cybertops Friends,
 
I gained 1/2 pound and now 2 lbs.to my 152 pound goal.  For the week
I exercised 39 miles.  Did 8.6 miles on the treadmill for 3 days.  I did 4
days on the recumbent bike of 20.4 miles and I did 4 days of weight training
for 10 miles.  I took 3 rest days.
 
Our club didn't do too well this morning.  Had 4 Losers who lost 7.50 lbs.and
7 gainers who gained 12 pounds for a net gain of 4.50 pounds.  We had 1 KOPS
ok for a total of 12 members who weighed in and 11 of us stayed for the
meeting.  Our best loser was Terri with 3 pounds and the starlette was Mary
Kay with 2.50 pounds.
 
We talked about Fall Rally and there is 5 of us attending.  We may have 6
members but not sure.  We are doing a cheer and so we are planning that.
