Good Morning Everybody,
   Sorry for of writing the last couple of days but as you all know we got that wonderful Thanksgiving surprise when our daughter and family from Louisiana  came in for the holiday weekend and now they are here for a few days.  So we're enjoying having the grandchildren here with us.  We hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you didn't overdue it.  We all know that we can enjoy this holiday season and not have again. this we can do.




Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!!!

            When your trying too hard you sometimes get confused..............

     We all know by now just what we get  when we do our very best, yes your right.  Results!!! But we have to be careful as we travel towards our goals that we don't get confused.  Yes, confused with what is real and what we want to be real.  Sometime we get in such a hurry that we over look what is really real and what isn't.  When everything is going so well and everything is falling into place the way we want it to, it's great.  However, be careful and don't mix them up so that you wind up having to redo your hard work.  Just think of all we have learned and how we are to use it to our advantage.  Its all is going to help us to travel the road of success and reach our final destination of our goal weight.  We can do that because we are smarted than the food that we eat.  Our "STAR" is going to shine brighter than ever because we are going to succeed.  We can do it.
