[CyberTOPS] cyberTOPS service interruption 11/27

Dear Intenex customer,

This message is a follow-up of the outage that we experienced today, 11/27.

At approximately 9:30 A.M. CST  this morning, our primary server 
experienced a hardware failure which took most web and email services 
off-line. DNS followed a couple of hours later. However, most email sent 
during this time to Intenex accounts should have when full service resumed 
around 4:30 P.M. CST.

Due to the holiday along with a glitch in our monitoring, we didn't 
discover this issue as quickly as usual. Once discovered, we jumped on 
things and were able to be back up and running within 30 minutes on new 
hardware. No data was lost as a result of this outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you today and are 
closely examining all of our processes to find every possible way to 
eliminate or reduce such problems in the future.

We value your business and again apologize for this incident today.
