We almost had a no gain week this week, only one member gained!! Let me tell
you that is terrific for our group---a lot of us have been struggling so we
celebrated that almost no gain week.
I lost .50 lb making me 2 lbs. Over goal but still within leeway. I still
have a few weeks left in this year to try to get under goal just once.
Here's hoping all of us have a wonderful Thanksgiving and let's watch what
we eat.
