Good Morning Everybody,
Last day of the week and that means that tomorrow we go into weekend mode. Yes, first we get those chores done and then it's time for some well deserved rest and relaxation. Don't you agree? It's been a hard week and you all have put in your share, so therefore now it's your turn to rest and re cooperate. Right? Yes that too applies to those that stay home and take care of the children and the house, you too work just as hard. Therefore, don't forget to make sure that you have time set aside just for you to do something that you want or need to do. Have a great day and enjoy.

If you can find a diet you like ----make you own.......
We hear it all the time about how this diet or that diet either works or doesn't work. Some may find a diet that works for them right off the bat and that's a good thing. On the other hand others look and try this one, then another one, then another one, then another one and so on. Well, don't forget about TOPS 28 day plan in the Choice is Mine. Have you gotten yours out lately? We think that we have learned quit a lot and have really been reading our product labels that we should be able to make our own diet. You know pick out the things that we like to eat, balance out our menu. Make sure that we cover all our protein, starches, veggies, fruit, dairy, good fat, and limit sweets. Don't forget your water and portion control. Think about good carbons and bad carbons. Along with this diet that we are setting up we must remember to bake rather than fry. Our daily exercise is a part of are diet. So we have to make sure we include it. Once the
diet has what we like to eat, the way we like it prepared then we're sure too like it. So if you can't find a diet already set up, then try making your own maybe the answer. Remember the importance of journalizing. Knowing what you are putting in your mouth is a very helpful too. It is hard to lose if you don't know what you are eating, how it was cooked, how much you are eating, why you are eating, the time you are eating, calories or exchanges if you want to record them and anything else you think is important to you. Don't forget snacks are important, too! So instead of buying that new diet book that will becoming out in January, why not just look at your own copy of the Choice is Mine. Give that diet a try!
