Good Morning Everybody,
    Well has anyone got snow yet?  All we have so far is plenty of cold weather which is a real good indication that the winter snow is just around the corner.  Maybe it will wait until after Thanksgiving.  We're hoping so because this year we're planing on being home and we're putting up Christmas lights and it would be rough in the snow.  We hope that your day will be a warm one and that you have a great day.  Remember that we are thinking of you and that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

     Whether you are working, playing a game, exercising or what ever it is that you are doing it's your hard work and dedication that is paying off.  Yes, the results that you are looking for are coming to live so to speak because you are staying with the program.  As it has been said to us if you know what you want and you know how to get it.  Then there is only one thing left to do and that is to go after it. Your doing just that with all of your hard work day after day, you apply yourself to getting healthy, exercising, dedication and drinking your water.  Your are dedicated to reaching your goal and becoming the shining "STAR" that you are.  You are the "STAR" of your "GOAL".  You can do it.
