Up 1.2.  How to stop yo-yoing?  This is my plan:

 

1.	Yo' - Keep the food diary
2.	Yo' - Keep the daily intake below 1800 (I'd say 1500, but I know I
probably won't do that!)
3.	Yo' - Exercise daily
4.	Yo' - Drink the water  

 

It is really a case of you-youing, not yo-yoing, isn't it?
