I have come to the realization that KOPS is not in this years future.  I am ok
with that.
 I have an appointment finaly on  11/16 with a rhymatologhist(sp)  The pains
in my joints and hands have gotten so bad.  I am hopefull that there will be
an answer or majic pill for my pain.  It would be nice to walk even around my
circle if I wanted to.
Even though KOPS is not there in the 8 remaining weeks left of this year, I am
going to work not to add more poundage.
