[CyberTOPS] Nov. pedometer challenge

I'm a wee bit late getting this out....

If you'd like to join the Nov. pedometer contest, please sign up today,  when
you sign up I'll send you back the
plan of action for Nov.



 Here's the rules:



1. You must have a pedometer

2. You must wear it everyday
3. You must send the results to Suzy EVERY EVENING at qponsuzy at hughes.net **
4. Don't join if you have no intentions on staying with it, it's only for 30
days.

** If you are to be away for a weekend or a few days, just let me know
ahead of time, and I will make a note of the time you'll be gone, if you
are sick and didn't report, you may report the next morning, if you forget
to report, you may report the next morning. If you forgot to wear your
pedometer report in with a 0 anyway. If you lose your pedometer,
report in anyway with a 0, and go buy yourself a new one.
If you're dead, I will no longer except reports from you.

Please try your hardest to report your results each evening before going to
bed. When you miss reporting 3,4,5 or more days, I have to track you down, it
takes extra time for me. And sometimes it messes up my record keeping.

When reporting, send me an e-mail with the date, and your pedometer total,

These contests are to motivate you to get up off your fanny and walk more,
if you only stand and walk in place in front of the TV. that's ok, you're
moving.

If you'd like to join, all you need to do is send me an email with your
name and address (in case you win, for your prize).
