Good Morning Everybody,
      We hope that you had a day that brought you
closer to your goal weight or that you were able to maintain what you already
have.  While you are on the most important journey always remember that you
are special and that you can by all means be successful.  Yes, by golly you
can do it.  So with that thought in mind we want to wish you a wonderful day
and while you're thinking, think of this, we're smiling with you.

           Do you realize that you are inspiring
others with your journey.........
 
    We can hear it already what you are
saying, that you aren't inspiring anyone. No, not me.  Are we right?  Well
contray to that belief, just the fact  you made the decision to remove your
unwanted weight and for that matter neverto allow it to return, is a life
changing decision.  It didn't just effect you but those around you as well. 
One might say that you have given a new meaning to the words living life. 
Your choice to make the necessary changes in your life to remove your unwanted
weight and to become healthier, become happier, slimmer-trimmer is seen by
many. They too realize that they need to do the same.  It took a lot of
courage for you to start on your journey.  Your progress towards your goal may
vary. However, the fact that you are removing your unwanted  weight inspires
other and shows that they too can do it.  You are setting the example and are
shinning bright as you are the "STAR of YOUR GOAL".  You can do it.
