I can't remember who asked what we put in our welcome or new member folder,
but here it is.
 
 When a person joins our chapter we present them with a
welcome folder that has the following items: 
1. Tops Rules
2. Tops terms
3. Tops quick facts
4. Tops 2009 Weekly Goal Calendar 
5.  Exchange record and
food diary
6. The Exchange System 
7. Food Exchange Groups
8. Chapter by-laws
9. Contact list
10. Welcome letter
 
 We also give them the TOPS Pledge
printed on a red rose background with a silk red rose. We are all flowers just
waiting to blossom into a KOPS.
