[CyberTOPS] Roll call, exercise May 5 2009

I am down 5.3 pounds this past week, with 5 hours of walking at my sister's
place. I walked the dogs...then walked the dogs again...and again! On May 4th
I gave the dogs 4 walks in one day! Now I am back home and I sure miss her
dogs and the beautiful road for walking them in nature!
Maybe she'll invite me back soon if she needs me but alas she is moving abroad
in July! ( I'd own a dog but husband says no way...so one day maybe...I can
still dream! )
