[CyberTOPS] question on incentives

In our chapter the Best Loser of the Week gets sung too. We sing HAIL HAIL 
WE'RE PROUD OF YOU. SHOWED US YOU COULD DO IT TOPS'LL HELP YOU THROUGH IT. 
HAIL HAIL WE'RE PROUD OF YOU. KEEP IT UP FOR NEXT WEEK TOO! And you get a 
sticker on the wall of fame and after you receive 4 stickers you receive a 
charm. You are allowed to win this over and over again but some chapters put 
a limit on it like once per year or etc. Best Loser of the Month same song 
but with KEEP IT UP FOR NEXT MONTH TOO and you get free dues for the next 
month and a crown charm.
