[CyberTOPS] question on incentives

Hi all,

In your chapters, after you have roll call, and for the people who lost that week, do you give out any incentive or something?  We used to give out artificial flowers for all the losers.  What do different chapters do or what awards are presented for best loser of the week or best loser of the month?  I need fresh ideas!!
