Good Evening ** and how are we all doing this fine evening *>>>
Today i ran with the Wii , it was a good workout...........then i did the holo
hoop.
I keep it up and got 3 more during the workout..............**>>>>
Got 3 stars.........Yea for me.

Today i gave away my BIG>>. clothes... **>>> it was hard.........but don't
wanta wear them again **>>>>>>>>>i realize i have a ways to go.. but
loosing over 50 pounds since i had these clothes on.........they got there
wear........**
Also today i gave away my BEARS.......... and i love my BEARS.... **
But i did have a  bit to many...........over 300 ** yikes.
They went to a good cause...........**
and i still have some and BOnnie ofcourse..........i could not part with
Bonnie
she is like FAMILY **>>>> she is family what am i talking about ** >>>>>

Everyone have a Great Sunday...............walk.... sing.........and burn
