[CyberTOPS] IRD goers

As many of you know, Royal and I make a folder for all that go to IRD. We have
done this for many years. We need to know if you are attending IRD and
not coming to the Cybertops dinner, but would like a folder. We will bring
folders to the cybertops dinner. If you want a folder you will need to come to
our room to pick it up. With Royal's health and my shoulder, it is no longer
possible for us to have the folders with us during the workshops and general
sessions. Therefore, please RSVP, your intent of receiving a folder this year.
