[CyberTOPS] "DISNEY" Challenge Report as of March 28, 2009

There are 101 TOPS and 28 KOPS participating in the cyberTOPS "DISNEY" 
Challenge.  They accumulated a total of 10357 points so far this year, 
an average of 80 points each.  In March, a total of 3217 points were 
earned, an average of 25 points each (down from February).
