[CyberTOPS] A moment to recognize some great successes here on cyberTOPS!

What I have been doing is tracking my food.? Trying to walk on the treadmill.? I'm also eating more fresh fruit and salads.? I was eating about 3500 calories a day, sometimes MORE.? But now I try to stay at 2500 a day.? Yes, that's a lot but it's much less than before and it's changes that I can do and not feel like it's BIG changes.? After a while, I'm gonna try to keep it at 2000 calories a day.? I try to be more aware of what I'm eating.? I use smaller plates so it looks like it's full. 
OHHH and I've switched to using salt sence and no salt mixed.? I LOVE salt but I couldn't do just the No Salt, it was SOOO bitter, so I mixed it with the Lite Salt Sence and it's not much different in taste than regular salt.? I still need to work on drinking more water, I'm trying.? 
When my husband that is for the most part healthy, had a heart attack in November, had a quadruple by pass, I thought, if he can have a heart attack and be pretty healthy make it and do Ok, if? " I " was to have a heart attack, I most likely would NOT make it.? So, I got serious.

And it's little changes, in eating, what I'm eating, how I cook and prepare food, exercise and just over all "think before I eat".??? And I tell ya, when using lite salt, going low fat and using Mrs. Dash season's, food taste's great :-)? Which surprised me. :-)
