[CyberTOPS] A moment to recognize some great successes here on cyberTOPS!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize some really great efforts here 
on cybertops!!!  These people have had at least 8 losses reported in the 
last 12 weeks, which is really incredible!!!  This little group has lost 
an incredible -130.80 pounds all by themselves!
