                  Hold onto your dreams and remember you are the key to making
it happen......

        Do you ever think you are losing sight of the dream
that you started out  working for?  What we first saw in the beginning was the
dream that was going to take us to where we wanted to be.  Right? Well it's
your dream you saw it first and you were one that had the idea that you could
make that dream come true.  There's nothing wrong with that!  So hold on that
dream it's yours!  Your still on the right path headed right straight forward
towards that weight loss goal that you've dreamed of. That you know that you
can do.  The other more important thing is that you are the key to it all! 
Everything that you do is happening because you are making it happen.  Yes,
you can see that if it is meant to be, you are the one that is going to make
it happen.  Yes, you can do it.  No, you don't have to turn this key because
you are a special key on a special journey to make your very life better and
you are going to do it.  Your
 going to be liter, slimmer and trimmer.  Your going to make your dream come
true and your going to shine while your doing it.  Just like a bright shinning
"STAR".  Just remember you can do it and success will be yours.  Dreams do
come true.
