[CyberTOPS] Charma from HQ

Hi..I am so pleased..we ordered over $300 TOPS awards from HQ and we  
received them in about a week..I used my private credit card and the chapter is  to 
reimburse me as we get the money.
 
We are a small chapter and we have not been able to order charms for some  
time....
 
I am disappointed tho...that they did not have about 3 charms which we  
needed for our Annual honors night...
 
I think they were one of the officer's charm, the 12 yr KOPS and something  
else...the question is and I think I already know the answer...to get those  
three items..Will I have to order them and pay the $10 + postage...
I guess it is too much trouble for them to "back-order" for  us...
