and getting brighter..........
 
    You may not have realized it but as you
have been removing your unwanted weight and moving closer towards your weight
loss goal you started something very special.  Your own very special rainbow
with the colors of your dreams.  A rainbow that gets brighter with each weight
loss that you have.  Most rainbow have a pot of gold the end of them. 
However, your rainbow has a brilliant "STAR" at the end of it that has already
started to shine.  The more unwanted weight you remove the more your
"STAR" shines. So keep those loss coming and remember that you are going to
succeed and reach the goal that you seek.  Your strong and have what it take
to make your dream come true.  You can do it.
