Good Morning Everybody,
       We hope that your weekend was what you hoped it
would be and that you were able to get some well deserved rest and
relaxations. Yes, that you also got the around the house chores done,too. 
But, most important is that you were able to take time out just for you and
your quest for your goal.  You can do it, you can reach your goal and shine
for all to see.  You are the a "STAR" of your "GOAL".

            You've answered the call that has changed your
life..........

    When you got that feeling that something was wrong and
that you had to do something to get that good feeling back in your bones again
you had to think of what to do.  So after giving it careful thought, planning
you came up with a plan to remove your unwanted weight, improve your health,
change your eating habits from bad to good.  We've made friends that have
become more than just friends. There more family, they are always there when
we need them,  Yes, you answer the call to change your old life for you new
improved life.  You can do it and your success will show that you have
succeeded at reaching your goal.  You can do it.
