far.  Yes, we know that you have things that just have to get done before you
can take advantage of some well deserved rest.  Just remember that you
should to take care of yourself even thought work is there.  Well you know

                        Good Calculation make it a bit easier to figure how
well your plan is working ........
 
       We realize there are charts that
we have numbers that we have to add up to get the sum.  However, what we are
talking about here is figuring out is whether or not how well our plan is
working.  The first think that we see is our faith and that it is strong
and holding us up 100%.  A great feeling.  The next thing that we see is our
determination which is at  100%. No matter how many ups and downs we happen to
run into.  Then there is the matter of our belief in our reaching our goal. 
We see the goal weight that we set for our self and know in our heart that it
is achieve able and attainable.  Also, that we can reach our goal with all our
hearts and make our dream come true.  It can be done!  The whole thing is from
day one we believe with our whole heart that we can and will reach our goal
weight and then maintain that weight.  Also, we will have improved our health,
become slimmer,trimmer, all along with changing our
 lives for the better.  This we can do! We will accomplish this!  We can reach
our goal!!!! You can reach your goal.
