Good Morning Everybody,
Woke up this morning and realized that half of
the week has disappeared. Boy time seems to fly when you get busy? One day
it's Monday and the next we wake up to Wednesday. No, we didn't sleep thru
Tuesday, although that's a thought. I guess we just got real busy. We hope
that your week has been going well for you and that you have been staying on
track, yet enjoying yourself. Your not alone and you can make it all the way
to your goal. You can do it.

Make a chart to show your progress as you work
towards your goal.............
We know just what your
thinking.... here we go another chart to fill out. But this one is a bit
different because what you would want to put on this chart is your progress
since you started on your journey towards your goal. It will show your
progress, your ups and downs. It would let you compare when yout eating
habits where on track or when they weren't so good. Either way you would be
able to see it instead of trying to remember it. Stop to think about it for a
minute. Even when it comes to our food charts and trying to remember what it
was we had to eat in the beginning of the week it's hard to remember what it
was that we had. So we write it down on a food chart and it helps. Right?
The same is true for our exercise and walking. It is a way to let us know just
how we're doing. As we travel on our journey towards our goal remember that
we are not alone and that whatever we can do to help ourselves stay on track
or
track our progress helps. We are going to make our dream come true and we're
going to shine brighter than ever. We can do it. Have no doubt.
