[CyberTOPS] Roll Call (DKL) WiiFit Users?

First, I am very happy to report a loss of 1.5 pounds!  Then I wanted  to ask 
the WiiFit users what their favorite exercise/game to work your  arms?  I'm 
going to start boxing, but wondered if there was something else  I'm missing.
