?? I am sorry that you did not win the contest BUT please do not quit TOPS for that reason.? I also several years ago enter....in fact I enter about 11 or 12 times, it was my ritual when that time came around every year. I would get all fixed up and get my picture made and then twek my story and off it would go.... Till the year in 1995 I got a letter stating I had won!!!!!!!!!! you know I think it meant so much more to me because of all the years of trying......so enter again next year and the next and next if necessary.? You never know how they judge.? I know one year in TX that happened and the man quit and gained all his weight back PLUS a lot more... So look for another chance next year and CONGRATULATIONS on the improvement you have made.

In the latest issue of TOPS NEWS I was looking at the Men's Greatest
Improvement Contest, Second Place Winner for Category 1 (Mr. B. Wright).

I entered the contest and feel I should have won Second Place.  He only lost
34 lbs (he is 6 foot tall)., while a member of TOPS, and I lost 60 lbs (I am
only 5 foot 8 Inches).  The difference between his Before and After pictures
look like much more than 34 lbs. for a 6 foot man (he used to weigh much more
and lost a lot of weight before he joined TOPS).  I also toned up and look
like I am in great shape.

I am very disappointed that I was not selected when I (anyone) could see the
problems with this selection.  Very unfair and enough to make me quit TOPS.

Laura, can you post my contest pictures on the TOPS site for all to see ( I
sent them to you several months back).
