[CyberTOPS] I lost weight report 3-02-09

Hello.? I had a rough first part of the week, but I buckled down and got back on track.? I lost 1.2 pounds this week.? From my highest point in TOPS, I've lost 25 pounds so far, but for this year, it's 10.6 pounds I think.? I've not been this low in years.? I have 127 more pounds to goal and I'll take them off one pound at a time.
