That is a great book.? I read it some time ago.? I've seen Zonya speak quite a few times and even went to a seminar that she had.? She's fabulous.? I've talked with her quite a few times as well.? She's working on another book similar to this one that's related to exercise.

Hey All,

I would like to recommend a book for you'll to read.? I usually don't do this, 
but I found this book that is so TOPS....not to be tops.? It is fantastic, I 
have been sharing it with the chapters in my area and a lot of them have bought 
several copies.???? Water with Lemon, by Zonya Foco, and Stephen Moss,? it is an 
inspiring story of diet-free, guilt-free weight loss and is $11.00 (I am 
thinking) from Amazon, or $28.95 from the book store.? It sure made me stop and 
think and it is so simple.? So if some of you are having a struggle this might 
just help you think of it in a new way.? If you do buy it and read it I hope you 
enjoyed it as much as I did and do cause I am rereading it again.
