Good Morning Everybody,
    It's here!  Ya, Saturday, the day we have been
waiting for.  Time to get our chores done so we can get into the relaxing mode
and spend time on yourself.  Sounds great doesn't it.  Well, we hope that you
are able to get to take care of you early for a change.  Yes, we know that you
try and that you are a busy person but you are the one that has to take
charge.  We are taking the day off right after we get yhe lawn raked and post
in the mail.  So everyone have a great day and enjoy yourselves.  You can do
it.

    There's no  doubt about it you have enter a very special
contest that is going to change your very life.  The changes that you are
making are the one you choose to make your life better and make you feel
liter, happier and up lifted.  The most important one is that you want to
remove your unwanted weight.  You set a goal weight, set a course, made a plan
and are  now following those directions to achieve this goal.  You started
keeping records of your progress, so that you will know just how things are
coming along.  As time has past your determination to stick to your plan and I
can do it attitude has been very evident.  You will one day see your weight
loss goal, your dream of removing your excess weight come true.  Yes, this is
something that you know in your heart, mind and soul will come true.  Also you
know that you are not alone because there is always family, friends, TOPS, and
CyberTops there for you.  They all have helping
 hands when you need them.  Just remember that you are the key and that you
can do this.  You are the "STAR" of your "GOAL" and you will succeed.  You can
do reach your goal weight.
