Good Morning Everybody,
      Sorry that we haven't written the last couple of
days and really there isn't any excuse except that we have been really, really
busy.  We had to set up and had our garage sale  on Friday and Saturday, which
went well.  However it took a lot out of both of us because of the heat.  Yes,
we did drink plenty of water, and had our fans going. Enough about us, how
have you been doing? Well we hope.  Moving closer and close towards your
goals, great.  Keep up the great work, you know you can do it.

          You can win the battle with your
weight and success will be yours..........
 
   It's been a hard fight right
from the very beginning and you already know that you can't stop now.  You
can't let your guard down for one little minute.  The battle is on and
you have the upper hand.  Yes, you are thinking the right thoughts, you are
winning your fight with your excess weight.  More important is that your
excess weight is being remove and you are doing it.  As you know removing your
unwanted weight takes the desire to make changes in your lifestyle.  Changes
that will help make your health healthier.  Changes that will bring you back
to feeling younger, healthier, happier, and able to do more of those things
that you used to do and would like to do again.  Well, with this mission that
you are currently mastering your unwanted weight has a lot to worry
about! Little by little your unwanted weight is being removed and you are well
on your way to finding the old you. Sort of refreshing yourself one might
say.  What
 matter is that you are winning by removing  the smallest amount of weight and
it stays off.  That's my friend success any way that you look at it. As long
as you continue to remove the unwanted weight and it stays off you're
a success. Also a winner!  Yep, you can do it and you know that it's
possible.  So just keep removing your unwanted weight until your reach your
goal and make your "STAR" shine for all to see. They will know the you are "
the "STAR" of you "GOAL".  Success will be yours.  You can do it.
